The
City of Alexander, with the cooperation of Recycle Saline, will have
Recycling Day this
Wednesday, October 5 from 7 to 11 in the morning. Dumpsters will be
set-up on the lot at the corner of South Alexander Road (end of Hwy
111) and East Azalea Drive.
Items that will be
accepted are e-waste (techy stuff like computers, etc.), tires,
bicycles, and metal. This is the last year Recycle Saline will be
taking old furniture, mattresses and similar items, so if you have
large items to get rid of this is your last chance to get rid of them
for free. Paint and other chemical type items will NOT be accepted.
