Alexander monthly council meeting July 17

The regular monthly meeting of the Alexander City Council is scheduled for Monday, July 17, 2017 at 6 PM in the city hall courtroom. Alexander City Hall is located along Highway 111 across from the post office.

There are no business items listed on the agenda. The public is invited to attend.

      The posting places are city hall, post office, Dollar General, Hess, and Elmo's. This was changed by ordinance a few months ago. I may have to make a correction in a previous article. To answer your next question; because there's more traffic at Dollar General than the water department.

    FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE READERS WHO SINCERELY CARE ABOUT THE POSITIVE STEPS IN ALEXANDER. SEVERAL THINGS ARE COMING UP IN THE NEAR FUTURE THAT ARE GIANT STEPS AHEAD FOR THE COMMUNITY.
    Keep an eye on the Alexandrian for information as it comes in. You will be proud of our town, of our Mayor and of our future.
    The ignorance of those who make claims in the negative and have no idea what is actually going on are just best ignored.
