This Saturday,
October 20, the Alexander American Legion Arkansas Post 28 is having
a chili cook-off and bake sale at the Alexander City Park. The event
will be held from 4 to 8 PM. In case of rain it will be rescheduled
for Sunday, October 21.
This is an
All-You-Can-Eat fundraiser for the newly formed Legion Post. To take
part in the eating it’s $10 per adult, 12 and under $5 each, 5 and
under free.
The entrance fee for
the chili cook-off is $10. Their will be a prize for the best chili.
